Another new member of our Mochi family -- Ube Biko de Yema. This broke-da-mouth dessert is a sweet Filipino sticky rice cake made of glutinous rice, coconut milk, condensed milk & ube halaya jam. The fusion of the sticky rice & ube gives rise to a delightful purple sweet sticky rice cake called Ube Biko. It’s topped with a rich & creamy custard aka Yema.
